AMLA's Public Hearing on Draft Regulatory Technical Standards under Article 40(2) of Directive (EU) 2024/1640
The Anti-Money Laundering Authority (AMLA) will hold a public hearing on draft Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) under Article 40(2) of Directive (EU) 2024/1640. These RTS establish the methodology for assessing the inherent and residual risk profile of obliged entities in the non-financial sector. The public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, 10 September 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00 CET, with registration closing at 10:00 CET on the same day. The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) informs its Regulated Entities, including ASPs and Crowdfunding Service Providers, about this hearing and recommends their attendance.
