Annex No. 8 to the Administrative Collaboration Agreement on Federal Fiscal Matters, between the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit and the State of Durango
This Annex delegates to the State of Durango specific federal fiscal and customs enforcement powers, including the authority to conduct audits, order precautionary seizures of foreign merchandise and vehicles, initiate administrative procedures, and determine tax credits. In exchange, the State receives 100% of the determined tax credits and seized goods as incentives, while retaining custody and management responsibilities for these assets. The agreement also outlines obligations for reporting fiscal infractions, coordinating with federal authorities, and managing the disposal or assignment of seized items.
