The SAT publishes Annexes 3, 4, and 5 of the General Foreign Trade Rules for 2024, establishing the customs offices and sections with technological integration components, defining the operating hours for the entry and exit of goods and transport across numerous Mexican customs, and releasing current normative and non-binding criteria regarding customs valuation, exemptions, and temporary imports. These provisions apply to entities engaged in foreign trade operations within Mexico and specify operational schedules and regulatory interpretations effective for the 2024 framework.
