This circular disseminates Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) Resolution Nos. TF-118 and TF-119, which issue Sanctions Freeze Orders (SFO) effective immediately. All BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions (BSFIs) must submit a written return under Rule 16.c of R.A. No. 10168 and Suspicious Transaction Reports on previous transactions of the designated subjects within five days of the SFO's effectivity.
