Application process timeline
The statutory consideration period for a trust office licence application is thirteen weeks, starting upon receipt of the application. This period is suspended if information is missing or additional questions arise, and will not restart until all relevant information is provided. If an applicant fails to supplement the application sufficiently, DNB may cease consideration within four weeks. The total processing time depends on the quality and completeness of the submitted application.
