Approval of Benefit and Contribution Changes
Medical Aid Funds must submit benefit and contribution changes by October 31, 2010, for implementation effective January 1, 2011. The Registrar must check, investigate, and resolve issues before granting approval for any proposed changes. Implementation of changes without the Registrar's approval constitutes a contravention of Section 31 of the Medical Aid Funds Act, (Act 23, 1995).
