ASFI Circular Letter CC-7994 2020 of December 1, 2020
Authorized Financial Intermediation Entities (EIFs) are required to validate and verify that beneficiary accounts for the Anti-Hunger Bonus are unipersonal, active, and correctly registered with the beneficiary's Identity Card number prior to crediting funds. EIFs must implement an API with the payment service provider to perform this validation within one minute of request receipt, ensuring data confidentiality and security. The implementation of this interface must be completed within seven administrative business days from the issuance of the circular.
