Supervised entities are instructed to disseminate audiovisual material regarding COVID-19 prevention and care measures through Closed-Circuit Television systems in their Central Offices, Branches, and Agencies nationwide. The content must utilize available materials from the website www.boliviasegura.gob.bo and any additional resources published by ASFI on www.asfi.gob.bo. Entities are also recommended to ensure that image and sound mechanisms allow for the effective dissemination of this communication to financial consumers.
