ASFI Circular Letter DNP CC-2633 2020 of March 20, 2020
The instructions contained in Circular Letter ASFI/DNP/R-2598/2020 regarding financial measures for the national health emergency are extended to apply to Financial Leasing Companies. This extension is based on the flexibilization and rescheduling of obligations established under Supreme Decree No. 4196 of March 17, 2020.
