Considering that, within the framework of Paragraph I of the Third Additional Provision of Supreme Decree No. 4196 of March 17, 2020, regarding the flexibilization and rescheduling of obligations and the attributions of this Financial System Supervision Authority (ASFI), Circular Letter ASFI/DNP/R-2598/2020 of March 19, 2020, was issued, it is communicated that the instructions contained therein are also applicable to Financial Leasing Companies.
