Financial Intermediation Entities must maximize efforts to provide public service at all Financial Attention Points nationwide, maintaining the hours established in Circular Letter ASFI/DSR I/CC-2885/2020. If entities decide not to open points in municipalities with local lockdowns or specific territorial provisions, they are required to submit documentation justifying that decision. Supervised entities may only suspend public service under the specific situations outlined in Article 9, Section 2 of the Regulation for Consumer Attention Time, and must promptly communicate such suspensions to financial consumers and the authority.
