Asian Currency Unit Terms and Conditions of Operation (Cancellation) 2021

The Authority cancels the Asian Currency Unit Terms and Conditions of Operation, last revised on 31 July 2008, with effect from 1 July 2021. This cancellation is exercised under section 77(2) of the Banking Act (Cap. 19).
