ASPSPs allowed to offer customer dashboards for TPP consent management
Account servicing payment service providers (ASPSPs) are permitted to provide customers with an overview of third-party providers to which consent has been granted and to facilitate the withdrawal of such consent. When consent is withdrawn, ASPSPs must notify the relevant third-party providers using a standardized notification within the interface. Under Article 32(2) of the RTS on strong customer authentication and common and secure communication, ASPSPs implementing these options must not create additional obstacles to the provision of payment initiation and account information services.
