The Securities and Futures Commission invites all registered institutions to participate in the Asset and Wealth Management Activities Survey for the year ended 31 December 2025. Institutions must complete and return the questionnaire via the online submission system by 22 April 2026, even if they did not engage in any covered activities. All individual institutional data will be treated in strict confidence and disclosed only to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority or in aggregated statistical form.

The purpose of the AWMAS is to collect information about asset and wealth management activities in Hong Kong for regulatory and market facilitation purposes and to better understand the state of the asset and wealth management industry. Please have the questionnaire completed and returned to the SFC by 22 April 2026 through the online submission system. The questionnaire can be accessed at https://wings.sfc.hk/awmas/#/en/.
Please read the important notes on the front page (after selecting the type of firm) and the definitions of certain terms and expressions set out in the “Note” section of the questionnaire. For the avoidance of doubt, if your institution did not engage in any of the activities covered in the survey throughout the year, please fill in the General Information section in the questionnaire. All information relating to individual institutions will be treated in strict confidence and will not be disclosed by the SFC to any third party other than the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, except in an aggregated form of statistics.
