Assignment Title granted by the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport to Public Trust No. 1936 (FONADIN) for the operation and exploitation of the Mexico-Toluca Intercity Train

This assignment requires FONADIN to make an initial contribution of 9,503 million pesos and an additional investment of 816 million pesos to complete construction and equip the project, while the Secretariat remains responsible for finalizing infrastructure works and obtaining safety certifications before handover.
