Authorization for Cooperativa de Ahorro y Préstamo Renacimiento Costa de Oro, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. to Continue Savings and Loan Operations
The National Banking and Securities Commission authorizes Cooperativa de Ahorro y Préstamo Renacimiento Costa de Oro, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. to continue conducting savings and loan operations at an operational level II under its existing name. The authorization is subject to specific bases, including indefinite duration, operations defined by law, and domicile in Nayarit, while remaining non-transferable and subject to regulatory supervision.
