Authorization for Cooperativa Tepoztlán, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. to Continue Savings and Loan Operations
The National Banking and Securities Commission authorizes Cooperativa Tepoztlán, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. to continue conducting savings and loan operations at Operation Level I under its existing name. The cooperative must register this authorization in the Public Commerce Registry within 60 days of notification and submit proof within 15 days. Additionally, the entity is required to adjust its constitutive bylaws to comply with applicable laws and seek approval under Article 30 Bis of the Savings and Loan Cooperatives Law within 60 days.
