Authorization for Modification of Article 3, Fraction II, Subsection a) of the License Granted to Pensiones Sura, S.A. de C.V.
The document authorizes Pensiones Sura, S.A. de C.V., a subsidiary of Seguros de Vida Suramericana, S.A., to modify its license terms by increasing its fixed minimum capital without right of withdrawal from $136,500,101.00 to $142,500,101.00 Mexican pesos.
