Authorization for the Incorporation of Hey Banco, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Banregio Financial Group, as a Financial Entity of Banregio Financial Group, S.A. de C.V.
The Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit authorizes the incorporation of Hey Banco, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Banregio Financial Group, as a financial entity within Banregio Financial Group, S.A. de C.V., contingent upon the approval of the National Banking and Securities Commission for the organization and operation of Servicios Banregio as a multiple banking institution. Banregio Financial Group must submit certified copies of the public deeds formalizing the shareholder agreements and register them with the Public Commerce Registry within forty business days. The authorization becomes effective upon registration in the Public Commerce Registry and requires publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation, with subsequent notifications to the relevant authorities within specified deadlines.
