Authorization for the Incorporation of Openbank Mexico, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Santander Mexico Financial Group as a Financial Entity of Grupo Financiero Santander Mexico, S.A. de C.V.
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit authorizes the incorporation of Openbank Mexico, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Santander Mexico Financial Group as a financial entity within Grupo Financiero Santander Mexico, S.A. de C.V., subject to the approval of the National Banking and Securities Commission for the organization of Open MX Servicios Administrativos, S.A. de C.V. as a multiple banking institution. Grupo Financiero Santander Mexico, S.A. de C.V. must exhibit certified copies of the public deeds incorporating the new entity and modifying its statutes within forty business days, publish the authorization in the Official Journal of the Federation, and report the registration details to the Ministry within ten business days of verification.
