Authorization for the Incorporation of Seguros Multiva into Grupo Financiero Ve por Más as Seguros Ve por Más
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit authorizes the incorporation of Seguros Multiva, S.A., Grupo Financiero Multiva, as a financial entity within Grupo Financiero Ve por Más, S.A. de C.V., under the new name Seguros Ve por Más, S.A., Grupo Financiero Ve por Más. The resolution also approves modifications to the articles of association and the Single Liability Agreement of Grupo Financiero Ve por Más, S.A. de C.V. These actions are subject to approval by the National Insurance and Bonds Commission regarding the name change and require registration in the Public Commerce Registry within twenty business days.
