Authorization for the Incorporation of UBS Bank Mexico, S.A. into Afirme Grupo Financiero, S.A. de C.V.
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit authorizes Afirme Grupo Financiero, S.A. de C.V. to incorporate UBS Bank Mexico, S.A., which will change its name to Banco de Inversion Afirme, S.A., as an integrated financial entity. The authorization is subject to the submission of specific public deed copies and registration confirmations within twenty business days of notification, and requires the publication of the authorization in the Official Journal of the Federation at the group's expense. Additionally, the modification of Articles Second and Seventh of Afirme Grupo Financiero's bylaws is approved, and the submission of the Unique Liability Agreement for approval is mandated within ten business days of its protocolization.
