Authorization for the Indirect Incorporation of Santander Inclusión Financiera, S.A. de C.V. into Grupo Financiero Santander México, S.A.B. de C.V.
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit authorizes the indirect incorporation of Santander Inclusión Financiera, S.A. de C.V. as an entity of Grupo Financiero Santander México, S.A.B. de C.V., resulting from an investment by Banco Santander (México), S.A. The authorization is subject to the condition that the public deed of incorporation be registered in the Public Commerce Registry within twenty business days of notification. The Ministry also approves modifications to the Articles of Association and the Single Liability Agreement of Grupo Financiero Santander México, S.A.B. de C.V. These measures must be published in the Official Journal of the Federation at the expense of the group.
