Authorization for the Organization and Operation of Inguz Digital, S.A.P.I. de C.V., Electronic Payment Funds Institution
The National Banking and Securities Commission authorizes Inguz Digital, S.A.P.I. de C.V. to organize and operate as an Electronic Payment Funds Institution with an initial capital of $5,000,000 MXN. The authorization is subject to specific bases including a six-month deadline to commence operations or face revocation, mandatory compliance with Article 40 requirements thirty days prior to launch, and supervision by both the Commission and the Bank of Mexico. Additionally, the entity is permitted to receive or deliver national currency cash to clients within limits established by general provisions.
