Authorization modifying the preamble and Articles 1 and 3, Section I of the authorization granted to Pensiones Sura, S.A. de C.V., indicating it is a subsidiary of Seguros de Vida Sudamericana, S.A.
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit modifies the authorization granted to Pensiones Sura, S.A. de C.V. to organize and operate as an insurance institution, officially recognizing it as a subsidiary of the foreign financial institution Seguros de Vida Sudamericana, S.A. through its related entity Sura Asset Management México, S.A. de C.V. The resolution updates the preamble and Article 1 of the authorization to reflect this corporate relationship and amends Article 3, Section I to specify the company's denomination as Pensiones Sura, S.A. de C.V. This modification is based on the approval of statutory reforms and the protocolization of the shareholders' extraordinary general assembly held on November 5, 2015.
