Authorization of 'Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta San Francisco Solano R.L.' as a Participant in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP)
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes "Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta San Francisco Solano R.L." (CFS) as a participant in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP), effective October 1, 2024. This authorization allows CFS to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) via the MLD. All other MLD participants are required to configure CFS's data in their IT systems. Entities enabled in the MLD can consult public keys through the MLDConsultasService – obtener Certificados method.
