Authorization of the merger of CF Credit Services, S.A. de C.V. with Sociedad Financiera Inbursa, S.A. de C.V., adopting the name SOFOM Inbursa, S.A. de C.V.
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit authorizes the merger of CF Credit Services, S.A. de C.V. as the surviving entity and Sociedad Financiera Inbursa, S.A. de C.V. as the extinguished entity, with the surviving entity adopting the name SOFOM Inbursa, S.A. de C.V. The authorization is subject to the condition that the public deed of merger be registered in the Public Commerce Registry within twenty business days of notification. The Ministry also approves modifications to the bylaws and the Single Liability Agreement of Grupo Financiero Inbursa, S.A.B. de C.V. to reflect the merger and the name change, requiring publication in the Official Journal of the Federation and notification of the registration details within specified deadlines.
