Article 1
The prior notification file for affiliation, withdrawal, or exclusion provided for in Article R. 322-161 of the Insurance Code for mutual insurance group companies, Article R. 115-2 of the Mutual Code for mutual group unions, and Article R. 931-1-16 of the Social Security Code for social protection insurance group companies shall comprise the elements defined in the annex to this Instruction.

Instruction 2011-I-16 is hereby repealed.
