Instruction No. 2016-I-14 of June 24, 2016 on the submission of information for deposit, securities, and guarantee fund contribution calculations (repealed)
The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2016-I-14 to establish the requirements for submitting information necessary for calculating contributions to deposit, securities, and guarantee funds. This regulatory instruction was subsequently repealed by Instruction No. 2016-I-28. The document also records that the original instruction was modified by Instruction No. 2016-I-23 and replaced the earlier Instruction No. 2009-04.
