Regulation on Investment Operations of Insurers
The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan issued Resolution No. 51/1 to standardize how insurers invest their own funds and reserves securing insurance liabilities. The regulation prescribes asset-specific carrying value coefficients and diversification caps that adjust based on credit ratings, listing status, and related-party classifications.
