Finansinspektionen’s regulations regarding the obligation of some financial firms to submit information for official statistics (FFFS 2024:3)
Finansinspektionen issued regulations requiring risk and development capital companies and captive financial institutions to submit data for official statistics. These entities must provide quarterly financial asset and liability reports by specific quarterly deadlines and annual profit and loss statements with balance sheets by May 31. The regulations entered into force on April 1, 2024, and repeal previous rules concerning balance sheet statistics.
