Submission of Yearly Strategic Business Plans
The Bank of Zambia mandates all licensed commercial banks and financial institutions to submit annual strategic business plans effective January 1, 2000. These plans must detail mission statements, targeted business lines, risk management strategies, market development goals, core competencies, and aligned financial forecasts. Submissions are due by the tenth working day of January each year, with a daily penalty of K100,000 imposed for late filings.
