Regarding Updated Forms for Prizebond Prize Claim and Distorted/Defective Prizebond Value Exchange.

Attention is drawn to the matter above. In order to ensure proper services regarding Prizebonds to the general public, the updated PB-23 form for claiming prizes on drawn Prizebonds and the form for obtaining exchange value for distorted/defective Prizebonds are being sent herewith for your information and necessary action, in light of the 'Sale and Breakage Policy of 100 Taka Value Bangladesh Prizebonds 1995'.
