Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 7/22/PBI/2005 The Intraday Liquidity Facility For Commercial Banks

Banks must sign agreements and pledge SBIs or GS via BI-SSSS to access FLI-RTGS or FLI-Kliring. Facilities trigger automatically when Rupiah demand deposits are insufficient, with FLI-Kliring collateral covering Debit Clearing obligations if FLI-RTGS funds are inadequate. Banks must repay by the deadline, as the BI-RTGS System automatically applies incoming transaction funds to reduce the facility. Unrepaid amounts convert to FPJP, subjecting the Bank to applicable FPJP sanctions and treating the collateral as FPJP security. This regulation replaces Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 6/6/PBI/2004.
