    REVOCATION OF BANK INDONESIA REGULATION NUMBER 3/1/PBI/2001, DATED 4 JANUARY 2001, ON MICRO CREDIT PROJECT AS LAST AMENDED BY BANK INDONESIA REGULATION NUMBER 5/16/PBI/2003, DATED 28 AUGUST 2003, AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION REGULATION GOVERNOR OF BANK INDONESIA Considering: a. whereas based on Article 74 of Law Number 23 on Bank Indonesia as amended by Law Number 3/2004, Bank Indonesia shall no longer be allowed to provide the Liquidity Credits of Bank Indonesia, including continuation of off￾shore loans; b. whereas for the use of relenting funds of the Micro Credit Project at Bank Indonesia and the management of the reserves of the loan debts in the participating institutions or debtors, Bank Indonesia and the government have agreed to transfer the management of the Micro Credit Project to PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk;
    c. whereas based on the consideration as contemplated in letters
