The mandate establishes detailed reporting standards for board certifications, governance structures, remuneration policies, internal controls, conflicts of interest, and related-party transactions. Furthermore, it requires external auditors to review these governance reports while ensuring directors maintain active oversight of risk management and strategic alignment.
