Bank of Portugal Notice No. 9/2008
The Bank of Portugal amends Notice No. 12/92 by redefining item 7-B) in Article 3, paragraph 1, item 7-B) to refer to the portion of reserves and results corresponding to deferred tax assets, and by eliminating item 7-A. These modifications enter into force the day following their publication.
