In view of the above, you are required to furnish the Bank of Tanzania with details reqordinq bank accounts and other assets owned directly or indirectly by entities, individuals including Somalia Political and military leadership, Government and Parastatal entities owned by Somali nationals living within and outside Tanzania by 81h June 2012. The United Nations Security Council has adopted resolution 2036(2012) under the symbol S/2012/104 whereby among other things, Member States have been demanded freeze funds and other assets and economic resources on their territories held by Somali individuals and entities or acting on behalf of others or to ensure that such things ore not made available to such individuals or entities and to prevent access to or development of such things.
