FINANCIAL SYSTEM SUPERVISION DEPARTMENT
This serves to inform you that the Financial System Supervision Department has been dissolved and split into two departments, Bank Supervision Department and Non-Bank Financial Institution Supervision Department headed by Mr Morris Mulomba and Ms Edna Mwaala Mudenda as directors respectively.
Accordingly, all supervisory and regulatory issues relating to banks and non-bank financial institutions including submission of prudential returns should be channelled to the respective heads.
