Bank of Zambia Circular 24/2001 on Restructuring the Financial System Supervision Department
The Bank of Zambia has dissolved its Financial System Supervision Department and established separate Bank Supervision and Non-Bank Financial Institution Supervision departments under new directors. All regulatory oversight, supervisory matters, and prudential return submissions must now be routed directly to the respective departmental heads.
