BANKS AND TRUST COMPANIES REGC11,ATION ACT BANKS AND TRUST COMPANIES (MONEY TRANSMISSION BUSINESS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2011 The Governor of the Central Bank of The Bahamas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3A(b) and 24 of the Banks and Trust Companies Regulation Act, makes the following regulations -

Citation.
(1) These regulations, which amend the Banks and Trust Companies (Money Transmission Business) Regulations', may be cited as the Banks and Trust Companies (Money 'Sransmission Business) (Amendment) Regulations, 2011. (2) These Regulations shall come into force on the 2"d day of May, 201 1.
Amendment of Schedule to the principal Regulations.
The principal Regulations is amended in the Schedule by the addition immediately after paragraph (b) of the following - "(c) Location Fee (applicable to each location of Money Transmission Agent) 250.00" Made this 2 l(b day of A.
