Consent for the transfer of rights and obligations by an insurance company under Belgian law Pursuant to Article 102 of the law of 13 March 2016 on the status and supervision of insurance or reinsurance undertakings, on 28 September 2022, the Management Committee of the National Bank of Belgium granted consent for the transfer, by Allianz Benelux NV, via its branch Allianz Insurance Luxembourg, of all rights and obligations arising from all non-life insurance contracts P/C Retail and P/C Corporate relating to insurance branches 1a, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 13 and 16 of Allianz Insurance Luxembourg established at 14 Boulevard F.D. Roosevelt, L-2450 Luxembourg, branch of Allianz Benelux NV whose registered office is located at Koning Albert II-laan 32, 1000 Brussels, to the insurance company Foyer Assurances SA whose registered office is located at Rue Léon Laval 12, L-3372 Leudelange, G.H. of Luxembourg. The transfer takes effect on 1 October 2022. Pursuant to Article 106, first paragraph of the law of 13 March 2016 on the status and supervision of insurance or reinsurance undertakings, this publication makes the transfer of rights and obligations enforceable against third parties, in particular policyholders, insured persons and beneficiaries, without prejudice to Articles 17 and 18 of the law of 4 April 2014 concerning insurance or, where applicable, the equivalent provisions of foreign law applicable to these contracts. The transfer takes effect on 1 October 2022. In application of Article 106, first paragraph of the law of 13 March 2016 on the status and supervision of insurance or reinsurance undertakings, the said transfer of rights and obligations is enforceable against third parties, notably policyholders, insured persons and beneficiaries, from the present publication, without prejudice to Articles 17 and 18 of the law of 4 April 2014 on insurance, or, where applicable, the equivalent provisions of foreign law applicable to these contracts.
