Banque nationale de Belgique / Avis de cession d'un portefeuille de créances hypothécaires de Creafin à Centrale Kredietverlening
The transfer of a portion of Creafin's mortgage loan portfolio to Centrale Kredietverlening is published pursuant to Article 81undecies of the Mortgage Law of 16 December 1851. A list of the transferred mortgage claims is available at the registered offices of both companies. This transfer is enforceable against third parties through this publication.
