Banque nationale de Belgique - Tariff rebalancing decision under Article 504 of the Law of 13 March 2016
The Banque nationale de Belgique orders Allianz Benelux SA to implement immediate and future premium increases for specific insurance products to achieve tariff rebalancing. An immediate 9.5% premium increase applies to products Z79-Z95-Z59, ZCB-Z76-Z96, Z33, and Z31 sold between 1974 and 2012. Subsequent annual increases range from 1.5% to 3% depending on the specific product and sales period, calculated relative to the previous year's levels.
