NOTE
The alterations made in this Normative Instruction aim to update MCR Document 3 - Loss Verification Report (RCP), in order to align the format for sending geodesic coordinates with the format currently used in Sicor for the registration of rural credit operations, changing from the KML file format (Keyhole Markup Language) to the WKT format (Well-known Text).
It is
worth highlighting that, pursuant to art. 24 of Decree No. 10.411, of June 30, 2020, the issuance of normative acts by the organs and entities of the direct federal public administration, autarchic and foundation, from October 14, 2021 onwards, must be preceded by a Regulatory Impact Analysis (AIR). However, in its article 4º, the aforementioned decree establishes the hypotheses for dispensing with the realization of AIR. This BCB NI falls under the hypothesis provided for in item IV, as it is a normative act aimed at updating or revoking norms considered obsolete, without change in merit. Thus, based on item IV of art. 4º of Decree No. 10.411, of 2020, this BCB NI is exempt from the realization of AIR.
