BCB Normative Instruction No. 765 — Procedures for Information on Allocation of Savings and Interbank Real Estate Deposit Funds
This Normative Instruction establishes procedures for reporting information related to the allocation of funds raised from savings deposits and interbank real estate deposits, as mandated by Resolution No. 4,676 of July 31, 2018. Specifically, Article 2 requires that the value reported in CodItem 6181 must correspond to the non-negative balance at the end of the reference month for the control account recording total eligible values of housing financing operations contracted from January 1, 2027, under the Housing Financial System conditions.
