2021-09-09 | Resolução BCB 138Added
BCB Resolution No. 138 amends Circular No. 4,015 to expand the scope of data and services for the Open Banking system, specifically adding foreign exchange operations, payment arrangement accreditation fees, time deposit and investment products, and insurance, open pension, and capitalization products. It mandates the sharing of specific data points such as effective total values, exchange rates, fees, and product characteristics, while requiring frequency distributions for tariff and rate values based on defined conventions. The resolution exempts institutions from sharing certain data for public securities and other private investment instruments and aligns insurance and pension product scopes with regulations from the Private Insurance Superintendence and the National Council for Private Insurance. The resolution entered into force on the date of its publication.
