2022-02-23 | Resolução BCB 192Added
BCB Resolution No. 192 amends the regulations governing Liquidity Financial Lines (LFL) and the Temporary Special Liquidity Line for acquisition of Financial Asset-Guaranteed Financial Letters (LTEL-LFG) to clarify that registration in the Federal Public Sector Unpaid Credits Information Register (Cadin) does not, by itself, constitute a barrier to contracting operations under these lines. The Central Bank of Brazil will consult the Cadin status of LFL participants and adhering financial institutions, but such registration alone does not prevent them from engaging in these operations. The resolution entered into force on the date of its publication.
