Revokes normative acts already tacitly repealed, whose effects have been exhausted over time or are in force, whose necessity or whose meaning cannot be identified.
The Central Bank of Brazil, in a session held on March 30, 2022, based on art. 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, and having in view the provisions of art. 1, sole paragraph, combined with art. 14, § 3, item I, of Complementary Law No. 95, of February 26, 1998, and art. 8 of Decree No. 10,139, of November 28, 2019,
RESOLVES:
Art. 1. The following are revoked:
I - art. 8 of Circular No. 2,905, of June 30, 1999;
II - Circular No. 1,380, of November 24, 1988;
III - Circular No. 2,461, of August 10, 1994;
IV - Circular No. 2,682, of April 30, 1996;
V - Circular No. 2,801, of February 4, 1998;
VI - Circular No. 2,810, of March 18, 1998;
VII - Circular No. 2,934, of October 4, 1999;
VIII - Circular No. 2,936, of October 14, 1999;
IX - Circular No. 3,228, of March 25, 2004;
X - Circular No. 3,238, of May 17, 2004;
XI - Circular No. 3,314, of February 2, 2006;
XII - Circular No. 3,382, of April 24, 2008;
XIII - Circular No. 3,721, of September 25, 2014; and
XIV - Circular No. 3,981, of February 6, 2020.
Art. 2. This Resolution enters into force on May 2, 2022.
