Expressly Revokes Central Bank of Brazil Circular in Compliance with the Provisions of Decree No. 10,139 of November 28, 2019.

The Collegiate Board of the Central Bank of Brazil, in a session held on April 20, 2022, based on Article 9 of Law No. 4,595 of December 31, 1964, and considering the provisions of Law No. 11,795 of October 8, 2008, and Article 8 of Decree No. 10,139 of November 28, 2019,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. Circular No. 3,073 of December 20, 2001, is hereby revoked.

Article 2. This Resolution enters into force on May 2, 2022.
