BCB RESOLUTION NO. 245, OF SEPTEMBER 14, 2022

Revokes normative acts of the Central Bank of Brazil regarding the Extract of the Information Register at the Central Bank of Brazil (Registrato System).

The Collegiate Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Brazil, in a session held on September 14, 2022, based on the provisions of Articles 10, item IX, 11, item VII, and 37 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, and considering the provisions of Article 3, item II, of Decree No. 8,936, of December 19, 2016,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. The following are revoked:

I - Circular No. 3,728, of November 17, 2014; and

II - Circular Letter No. 3,680, of November 17, 2014.

Article 2. This Resolution enters into force on October 1, 2022.
