BCB RESOLUTION NO. 41, OF NOVEMBER 18, 2020
Revokes Circular No. 3,796, of June 16, 2016, which established procedures to be observed by financial institutions integrated into the National Rural Credit System (SNCR) in the contracting and monitoring of rural credit operations.
The Collegiate Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Brazil, in a session held on November 18, 2020, having in view arts. 5 and 6, item I, of Law No. 4,829, of November 5, 1965, art. 7 of Law No. 8,427, of May 27, 1992, art. 39 of the Regulation approved by Decree No. 58,380, of May 10, 1966, and the provisions of Resolution No. 4,174, of December 27, 2012,
RESOLVES:
Art. 1 Circular No. 3,796, of June 16, 2016, is hereby revoked.
Art. 2 This Resolution enters into force on January 1, 2021.
